چکیده

This is the first study to provide a systematic monetary benefit matrix, including greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reduction benefits and air pollution health co-benefits, for change in on-the-road transport low-carbon types. The transfer method employed estimate social cost of carbon co-benefits via impact pathway analysis Taiwan. Specifically, total from changing all internal combustion vehicles either hybrid electric vehicles, plug-in or would generate an average USD 760 million GHG 2091 based on reduction, 2851 annually. For scooters light- heavy-duty scooters, be 96.02 million, 1008.83 1104.85
